\nThe Compliance Monitoring & Safety Auditor will be instrumental in ensuring that our client’s operations comply with all applicable EASA regulations and internal procedures. This role involves conducting audits, facilitating safety investigations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our Compliance Monitoring System (CMS) and Safety Management System (SMS). The auditor will collaborate across departments to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
Responsibilities:
\n\nAudit Planning and Execution:
\n\n\tDevelop and implement audit plans covering EASA Part-145, Part-147, and Part-CAMO scopes.
\n\t\t\n\t\tConduct internal audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational procedures.
\n\t\t\n\t\tPerform audits of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations.
\n\t\t\n\tCompliance Monitoring:
\n\n\tMonitor organizational activities to ensure ongoing compliance with EASA regulations, including Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014.
\n\t\t\n\t\tIdentify non-conformities, perform root cause analyses, and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
\n\t\t\n\t\tMaintain up-to-date records of audit findings and corrective actions.
\n\t\t\n\tSafety Management:
\n\n\tSupport the SMS by identifying hazards, assessing risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.
\n\t\t\n\t\tParticipate in safety investigations and contribute to the development of safety performance indicators.
\n\t\t\n\t\tPromote a just culture by encouraging transparent reporting and open communication.
\n\t\t\n\tTraining and Development:
\n\n\tAssist in the development and delivery of compliance and safety training programs.
\n\t\t\n\t\tStay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices to inform training content.
\n\t\t\n\tDocumentation and Reporting:
\n\n\tPrepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
\n\t\t\n\t\tContribute to the revision of the documentation.
\n\t\t\n\t\tEnsure timely reporting to competent authorities as required.
\n\t\t\n\tRequirements:
\n\nEducational Background:
\n\n\tBachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field.
\n\t\t\n\t\tAlternatively, an aircraft maintenance technician qualification with supplementary education acceptable to the company and competent authority.
\n\t\t\n\tProfessional Experience:
\n\n\tMinimum of 2 years of experience as an auditor within aviation organizations, specifically involving EASA Part-145, Part-147, and/or Part-CAMO environments.
\n\t\t\n\t\tProven experience in conducting audits and familiarity with compliance monitoring activities.
\n\t\t\n\tCertifications and Training:
\n\n\tCompleted training in EASA Part-145, Part-147, and Part-CAMO regulations.
\n\t\t\n\t\tTraining in Quality Audit Techniques (e.g., ISO 9001), Safety Management Systems, Human Factors, EWIS, and FTS.
\n\t\t\n\t\tKnowledge of root cause analysis methodologies, such as the \"5 Whys\" or Fishbone Diagram.
\n\t\t\n\tSkills and Competencies:
\n\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\t\t\n\t\tExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
\n\t\t\n\t\tProficiency in using audit management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
\n\t\t\n\t\tAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
\n\t\t\n\tPreferred Qualifications:
\n\nExperience with audits of training organizations (EASA Part-147) and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations (EASA Part-CAMO).
\n\t\n\tFamiliarity with ICAO Annex 19 and Safety Promotion practices.
\n\t\n\tExperience working in multinational or multi-approval aviation organizations.
