Role Overview \nThe Corporate Lawyer will form part of a collaborative and professional legal team, providing corporate and commercial legal services within the aviation and maritime sectors. Key Responsibilities

Corporate Legal Support: Provide advice and assistance on company formation, governance, restructuring, and compliance matters.
\n\t
Transaction Management: Oversee the legal aspects of aviation and maritime transactions, including sales, registrations, leasing, and financing.
\n\t
Document Drafting: Prepare, review, and amend contracts, resolutions, agreements, and other corporate documentation.
\n\t
Client Advisory: Act as a key point of contact for clients, offering practical and solutions-driven legal advice in a professional and approachable manner.
\n\t
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices within the aviation and maritime industries.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Education: A university degree in Law and a valid warrant to practise in Malta.
\n\t
Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in company law, corporate services, or a legal environment, ideally with exposure to aviation or maritime law.
\n\t
Driving License: A valid driving license is required.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Maltese is required to succeed in this role.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for drafting precise and clear documentation.
\n\t
Interpersonal Skills: Confident, mature, and approachable professional with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
\n\t
Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Organisation: Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
