Key Responsibilities

Meetings and Minutes: Attending corporate client meetings and meticulously recording minutes.
\n\t
Company Records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date company registers.
\n\t
Client Liaison: Coordinating and addressing day-to-day client requests related to their companies.
\n\t
Statutory Compliance: Preparing and submitting statutory filings, and fulfilling other obligations as required by Maltese company law.

Professional Relationships: Liaising effectively with lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other service providers on behalf of corporate clients.
\n\t
Due Diligence: Collecting and verifying due diligence documentation to ensure compliance with know your client (KYC) procedures.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

Legal Knowledge: A solid understanding of Maltese company law and the role of a company secretary.

Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English and Maltese.
\n\t

Experience: Prior experience in a similar corporate services role.
