- Incorporating and managing of companies and other legal entities;
\r\n- Perform company secretarial roles including, maintain statutory books, preparing and updating registers of members, directors, secretaries, and share certificates;
\r\n- Prepare and minute board of directors’ meetings and shareholders meetings;
\r\n- Drafting of resolutions;
\r\n- Preparing and filing all the required statutory filings independently;
\r\n- Filling changes with the relevant authorities;
\r\n- Liaising with accountants, auditors, bank, and authorities as required;
\r\n- Ensure client companies adhere to their duties in terms of law;
\r\n- Perform other duties as required by the head of corporate; and,
\r\n- Be able to carry out legal and commercial duties and work as the need arises and in accordance with one's skills sets or interest.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A law degree and a valid license to practice law in Malta.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on compliance and regulatory issues.
\r\n- Strong understanding of Maltese corporate law and international legal frameworks.
\r\n- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
\r\n- Proficient in conducting legal research and analysis.
\r\n- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Maltese, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
\r\n- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\r\n- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
