    	        	Our Client, a Corporate Service Provider, is looking to hire a Corporate Executive to join the Corporate Department.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Setting up and registering Maltese companies, trusts and foundations.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assisting individuals taking up residency in Malta.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Day to day administration of Maltese companies, trusts and foundations.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Attending client entities&#039; board meetings and circulating of agendas, proxy forms and taking minutes.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assisting with all relevant compliance/statutory obligations for companies, trusts, foundations and individuals including liaison with regulated entities and authorities (e.g. MBR and the Tax Department), other service providers (e.g. law firms, auditors,&amp;nbsp;banks) and the firm&#039;s own internal department (such as the compliance department and accounting services department) with regard to corporate matters.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Keeping the client portfolio in good standing and compliant with Maltese laws.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent command of&amp;nbsp;English.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative and as part of the team.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Computer literate with a good knowledge of Office applications.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and on one&#039;s own initiative.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with people at all levels of the organization and the ability to establish positive relationships with clients and work colleagues alike.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to work in a team with a &#039;can-do&#039; attitude.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done to a high standard, and the ability to meet deadlines.
