A2W Pharma Ltd is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Technical Services Manager to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the Company's Technical Services function, ensuring the efficient management of manufacturing processes, technology transfer activities, validation programmes, process optimisation, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining full compliance with GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Technical Services Department.
  • Coordinate technology transfer projects from development through to commercial manufacturing.
  • Oversee process validation, cleaning validation, equipment qualification and continued process verification activities.
  • Provide technical support to Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance and other cross-functional departments.
  • Lead investigations related to manufacturing processes, deviations, CAPAs and change controls.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality and productivity.
  • Prepare, review and approve technical documentation, protocols and reports.
  • Support regulatory inspections, customer audits and internal audits.
  • Ensure compliance with EU GMP guidelines, company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Manage departmental objectives, budgets and resource planning.
  • Coach, mentor and develop members of the Technical Services team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or another related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years's experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, including experience in Technical Services or Process Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of EU GMP requirements and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in process validation, technology transfer and continuous improvement projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
