Role Overview Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ROW Country Director to oversee the MGA markets. The role requires a strategic leader capable of managing the P&L for their casino operations, developing market strategies, and driving profitable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and maximising ROI through collaboration with multiple teams, ensuring the business's continued success in a highly competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

P&L Management: Oversee the P&L of the casinos, including all bonus and marketing budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Market Strategy Development: Create a GEO-specific market strategy focused on positioning, growth, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Customer Acquisition & Retention: Lead initiatives for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, focusing on driving profitable revenue generation.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with CRM, Content, and Affiliate teams to optimise campaigns and ensure content maximises channel performance.
Media & Programmatic Partnerships: Collaborate with Media and Programmatic partners to explore new channels, test strategies, and optimise performance.
Customer Experience: Work with the CS & VIP departments to ensure that customer experiences align with player expectations, fostering long-term loyalty.

Experience: Proven experience in a similar GEO-specific role within the iGaming or sports betting industry, with a focus on acquisition and retention.
