&lt;p&gt;The Finance Specialist will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of CuraTeq Biologics Malta Ltd, a subsidiary company of the Aurobindo Group, ensuring accurate reporting, and assisting in day-to-day operations of a multinational organisation. &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Update &amp;amp; monitor book-keeping transactions in a medium to high volume environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintaining the debtor’s ledger, including timely collection of receivables, monitoring bank receipts and posting on a timely basis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintaining the creditor’s ledger, including review of reconciliations, address any discrepancies promptly and finalizing monthly payment runs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Process timely payments on the banking platform.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Updating fixed assets register.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintaining an orderly financial filing system.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assisting in the preparation of accruals and prepayments.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare trial balance incl. reconciliation of accrual/control accounts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare monthly management accounts, deliver financial reports, and provide periodic analysis for different stakeholders within stipulated deadlines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the execution and evaluation of new IT initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assisting with Preparation of VAT Recapitulative Statements, VAT Returns and NSO surveys&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with the smooth execution of interim and annual audits.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carrying out the ad-hoc office duties as may be requested by the management.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field/ACCA&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in accounting software&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial models, data analysis)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;High attention to detail and accuracy&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strategic thinking with the ability to support business decision-making&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent organizational and time-management skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently&lt;/li&gt;
