&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main objectives of the job:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt; The function of the Customer Relationship Specialist is to aid the sales manager with reporting and monitoring of sales of accounts, to strengthen the relationship between AGSL and the client.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main duties and responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;to visit pharmacies, pharmacy chains, pharmacy wholesalers and any client who purchases items from the pharma portfolio;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;familiarisation with the products being sold;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;order taking;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;communicating of any promotional deals or offers;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;building a strong business relationship with clients;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;generally ensuring that the company’s products are well represented in the said outlets;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;to visit clients at least once a week, or as per instruction by the Sales Manager;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;penetration into new outlets as appropriate to the products and if instructed to do so following discussion and approval by the sales manager;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;expanding brands or ranges into current outlets – as advised by the Business Managers/Sales manager;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;negotiating for better shelving level and better shelf space;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;collection of outstanding debts;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;handling of complaints received from customers having to be escalated to Business Managers;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;monitoring promotions;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;responsibility towards after-sales service like for example faulty items;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;on-going collection of market intelligence and passing on same to brand management;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;achieving targeted sales as prepared on a regular basis – both at brand/product level and overall;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;to liaise with the sales manager and business managers with any information from the trade;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;to ensure that all marketing material in the trade is well displayed and in good condition;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;to inform any business manager if any marketing material is found to be in unsatisfactory condition;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;to help the sales manager with reports;&lt;/li&gt;
