&lt;p&gt;We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee our operations team and ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven ability to drive team performance while maintaining effective communication among stakeholders.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Establish and communicate clear operational standards and performance metrics.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor adherence to SLAs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation relevant to operations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document to address common queries and streamline communication.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Act as a liaison between data teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and information flow.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Organize regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and updates on ongoing projects.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Foster a culture of learning and professional development within the team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support individual skill development.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee the task backlog, ensuring that it remains prioritized and manageable.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate task assignments and monitor progress, ensuring timely completion of projects.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Execute limited DO engineer responsibilities as needed, providing hands-on support where necessary.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with technical teams to solve operational challenges and improve processes.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;You’re good with&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;BA in Computer science&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Preferably 2 years experience in a similar role.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing datasets.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with scripting languages to automate and streamline tasks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident resolution methodologies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reliability and strong accountability in managing data operations and supporting team objectives.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.&lt;/li&gt;
