Handling guests' mails and messages, and answering phone calls
Ensure the safety, security and loss control policies and procedures are compiled with at the front counter and back office area.
Comply with housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance department policies and procedures at all times.
Hotel security in charge is responsible to conduct exterior and interior patrols of the hotel premises on a regular basis each day.
