To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking a Deliveries Manager to oversee daily activities of the Warehouse Department. Reporting to the CEO. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee all our daily clint’s pickups and deliveries, ensure efficient handling and storage of goods, and maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and safety. The Deliveries Manager will play a critical role ensuring that all our deliveries and pickups are managed in a timely manner.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Who are we looking for?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt; The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the daily warehouse operation, which includes, amongst other duties:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Be an energetic, motivated and enthusiastic individual.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Can coordinate and schedule timely deliveries.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Manage collections and distributions from/to our clients.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Responsible to Collect due monies from the drivers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Possess excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Have a hands-on Let’s do it approach.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Be able to operate a fork lifter and hold forklifter certification.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Coordinate and plan works with the Warehouse Manager, Fleet Manager and Chief in charge.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Generate, process and finalize distribution-related reports.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Handle pressure effectively and make decisive last-minute decisions when required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Works collaboratively within a team environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Supervise delivery personnel and company vehicles.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Adhere and enforce Health and Safety regulations on site and the road at all times.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements for the position:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Important to be highly organised, plan ahead and self motivated.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Have previous working experience as a Deliveries Coordinator / Manager or vast experience as a Driver.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Minimum ‘O’ Level standard of education.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ability to speak and write in Maltese and English.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Clean Police Conduct.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Minimum of driving licence B. Type C and C1 driving license will be as asset.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Be computer literate and possesses intermediate proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office suite.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Strong sense of customer care and motivated by customer satisfaction.&lt;/p&gt;
