The Delivery Person will be responsible for ensuring the timely and professional delivery of a variety of goods to customers. This role requires safe transport, adherence to traffic regulations, and excellent customer service skills to uphold the Company's reputation for reliability and efficiency.

Efficient Goods Delivery: Deliver goods according to designated routes in a timely manner while ensuring safe handling and transport.

Professional Representation: Maintain a clean and professional appearance while acting as a representative of the Company.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by engaging in friendly and courteous interactions with clients.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures related to loading, unloading, and driving.

Accurate Record-Keeping: Keep precise and up-to-date records of all deliveries.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

\n\t
Education: No specific formal education required; however, a focus on customer service training is advantageous.
\n\t
Experience: Prior experience in a delivery role or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.

Driving Skills: Valid driving licence (Maltese or EU equivalent) covering category C1 vehicles, with a clean driving record.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
\n\t
Interpersonal Skills: Reliable, honest, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
