You’ll be responsible for both execution and direction — delivering high-quality development work while helping to shape the future of our digital estate.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, and Sales to build and maintain digital assets that drive growth, engagement, and operational efficiency.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Own the development, optimisation, and maintenance of our websites and landing pages.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Translate marketing and business requirements into functional, responsive, and high-performance web pages.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope and prioritise tasks across multiple business units.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Implement scalable solutions that reduce reliance on third-party vendors for standard development work.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Support ongoing design changes, content updates, A/B testing, and UX enhancements.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Guide internal strategy on what we build and manage internally versus what we outsource.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ensure our sites are secure, fast, SEO-friendly, and built to modern web standards.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p style=&quot;min-height: 1.7em;&quot;&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;h3&gt;Who You Are&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;A pragmatic and efficient developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in front-end and/or full-stack development.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Able to balance short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently with minimal hand-holding.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Strong communicator who can explain technical choices to non-technical stakeholders.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Strategic mindset with a bias for action — you care about impact, not just code.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Required Skills and Tools&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Strong experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Strapi).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Experience working with APIs, responsive design, performance optimisation, and accessibility.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Understanding of SEO, analytics integration, and CRO principles.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Why Join Us&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;At eCabs Technologies, we’re scaling fast and diversifying our tech portfolio.
