Campaign Analysis: Examine campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Power BI, and media buying platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

KPI Monitoring: Track and evaluate acquisition metrics such as CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI to support performance-driven decision making.
\n\t
Post-Campaign Reviews: Conduct comprehensive evaluations following each campaign and present data-backed optimisation strategies.

Performance Recommendations: Identify trends and patterns in underperforming campaigns and suggest actionable improvements.

Customer Insight Generation: Deliver valuable insights on user behaviour and channel efficiency to inform marketing strategies.

Competitor Monitoring: Assess external trends and their influence on acquisition benchmarks and marketing effectiveness.

Data Integrity: Safeguard the accuracy of campaign tracking and performance measurement across analytical tools.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Education: A qualification in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience: 2–5 years in a performance marketing, digital acquisition, or analytics role, preferably within a fast-paced industry such as iGaming or tech.

Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role.

Communication Skills: Able to convey complex data into strategic insights for cross-functional teams.

Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative, team-oriented, and confident in working within an international environment.
