&lt;p&gt;The Company is currently going through a period of growth and requires a responsible dispatch helper to join our team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The selected candidate will be responsible for:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assisting the dispatch team in preparing orders;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaising with the delivery persons in an effective Manner;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;arranging deliveries in the delivery area;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Following loading checklists while dispatching&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The selected candidate must:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have a confident, friendly and engaging personality&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The ability to communicate in maltese and English&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possess time management and cooperation/teamwork skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be able to work night shifts&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
