&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Prepare and detail architectural and engineering drawings.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Manage Planning Authority applications and ensure compliance.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Conduct site surveys and document findings.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design solutions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Ensure that all designs meet regulatory standards and client expectations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications and Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Proven experience with Planning Authority applications.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Expertise in design and detail drawing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Experience in conducting site surveys.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.&lt;/p&gt;
