&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Overview&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Join a dynamic engineering/design team to produce accurate technical drawings, drawings revisions, and support project delivery from concept through to construction. This role suits an entry-level candidate ready to develop drafting skills in a fast-paced, onsite environment.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Produce detailed 2D and basic 3D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details using CAD software to meet project specifications.&lt;br&gt;- Interpret architectural  and specifications to produce clear, production drawings.&lt;br&gt;- Prepare and update drawing revisions, ensuring version control and compliance with company drafting standards.&lt;br&gt;- Coordinate with engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams to resolve design queries and incorporate feedback.&lt;br&gt;- Create and maintain drawing registers, documentation, and as-built records.&lt;br&gt;- Assist with quantity take-offs and basic material schedules derived from drawings.&lt;br&gt;- Support site visits to verify dimensions and gather information for accurate documentation.&lt;br&gt;- Contribute to site checks, confirming accuracy of dimensions, annotations, and site preparation for installations.&lt;br&gt;- Help prepare presentation drawings and technical documentation for client.&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Formal qualification in draughting, CAD, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.&lt;br&gt;- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit, SolidWorks, or other CAD/BIM tools is an advantage.&lt;br&gt;- Strong technical drawing skills, attention to detail, and understanding of construction/drafting conventions.&lt;br&gt;- Basic knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and relevant regulations.&lt;br&gt;- Effective written and verbal communication in English; ability to use Maltese at a limited working level.&lt;br&gt;- Good problem-solving skills, ability to follow instruction and work under minimal supervision.&lt;br&gt;- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple drawing tasks and meet deadlines.&lt;br&gt;- Willingness to attend site visits and work on-site as required.&lt;br&gt;- Entry-level experience acceptable; internships, technical placements, or academic project work that demonstrate drafting competence are advantageous.&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Personal Attributes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented with a commitment to learning and professional growth.&lt;br&gt;- Ability to accept feedback and adapt drawings to technical and client requirements.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
