KM Malta Airlines Limited, the national airline of the Maltese Islands, is seeking to recruit a Driver/Messenger.
The Driver / Messenger is responsible for providing transport and messenger services to KM Malta Airlines Ltd. and its personnel and to support efficiency and effectiveness in the administrative running of the airline.
Main Responsibilities
- Delivers mail and other material as appropriate to locations or persons as identified by the sender.
- Collects mail or packages from Ministries, Government Departments, clients, suppliers, or other entities or from other locations as instructed.
- Posts all Company mail and records transactions as required by the Company.
- Collects mail or parcels as may be required.
- Transports KM Malta Airlines personnel and guests as may be required.
- Ensures that the assigned Company vehicle is kept tidy and in optimal working condition.
- Provides administrative and/ or assistance in the Company as may be required.
- Attends briefings and meetings as requested.
- Consults and coordinates with the PA to the Executive Chairman.
- Coordinates with other relevant internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Driving Licence “B” (essential).
- Clean Police conduct.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (essential).
- Good knowledge of Maltese and English (essential).
