Represent the company professionally during collections, deliveries, and customer interactions while maintaining vehicle condition and accurate records.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Perform deliveries and collections:&lt;/strong&gt; Load, transport, and deliver items to clients and locations across Malta &amp;amp; Gozo on schedule; collect returns and handle exchanges as needed.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Route planning and time management:&lt;/strong&gt; Plan efficient routes, adapt to traffic or schedule changes, and meet delivery windows.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Customer service:&lt;/strong&gt; Communicate courteously with customers at pickup/delivery points; obtain signatures and resolve basic delivery issues on site.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Vehicle operation and maintenance:&lt;/strong&gt; Operate company vehicles safely and legally; conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, report defects, and ensure cleanliness and basic upkeep.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Documentation and record-keeping:&lt;/strong&gt; Maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, manifests, proof-of-delivery records, and communicate exceptions or shortages promptly.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Loading and handling:&lt;/strong&gt; Load and unload goods safely using manual handling best practices; secure items to prevent damage in transit.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Compliance and safety:&lt;/strong&gt; Follow road regulations, company policies, and health &amp;amp; safety procedures; report incidents or accidents immediately.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Support tasks:&lt;/strong&gt; Assist with warehouse duties, inventory checks, and ad-hoc logistics support when required.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Valid driving licence&lt;/strong&gt; - MINIMUM C1 MALTESE DRIVING LICENSE and clean driving record.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt; Previous experience in delivery, courier, or driver roles (associate-level experience preferred).&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Languages:&lt;/strong&gt; Professional working proficiency in English and Maltese.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Physical fitness:&lt;/strong&gt; Ability to lift and move items of varying weight and perform manual handling tasks safely.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Customer-focused:&lt;/strong&gt; Strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Organizational skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Good time management, punctuality, and the ability to follow schedules and instructions.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Attention to detail:&lt;/strong&gt; Accurate handling of documentation, attention to goods condition, and reporting discrepancies.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Reliability and integrity:&lt;/strong&gt; Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to maintain confidentiality where required.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Basic IT skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Comfortable using mobile devices or apps for route guidance, delivery confirmation, and communication.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Preferred: familiarity with Malta road network, basic vehicle maintenance skills and experience using handheld delivery systems.&lt;/p&gt;
