&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Overview&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Luxury Living Group is seeking an experienced electrician to perform installation, maintenance and fault-finding on electrical systems. Role requires strong technical ability, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and effective communication in English and Maltese.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Install, inspect and commission&lt;/strong&gt; electrical systems, including distribution boards, wiring, sockets, lighting, switches, consumer units and protective devices.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Diagnose and repair&lt;/strong&gt; electrical faults using appropriate test equipment (multimeter, insulation tester, loop/earth fault testers).&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Read and interpret&lt;/strong&gt; electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, schematics and technical drawings; execute work according to plans and specifications.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Carry out periodic maintenance&lt;/strong&gt; and safety testing (PAT, RCD/earth loop testing) and prepare test certificates and reports.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Ensure compliance&lt;/strong&gt; with Maltese and EU electrical regulations and standards; update installations to meet current code where required.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Coordinate with clients and project teams,&lt;/strong&gt; provide clear progress updates, advise on solutions and estimated costs for remedial works.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Manage materials and documentation,&lt;/strong&gt; maintain accurate job sheets, inventory and timesheets.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Supervise and mentor&lt;/strong&gt; junior electricians or apprentices on site when required.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Adhere to health &amp;amp; safety procedures,&lt;/strong&gt; conduct risk assessments and maintain a tidy, safe work environment.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Relevant trade certification - Applicant must have Wireman License B or be willing to aquire it&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Minimum mid-senior experience.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Strong knowledge of wiring regulations,&lt;/strong&gt; protective devices, earthing systems and testing procedures.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Proficient with electrical test instruments&lt;/strong&gt; and hand/power tools.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Fluent in English and professional working proficiency in Maltese.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Good communication and customer-service skills;&lt;/strong&gt; able to liaise with clients and project stakeholders.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Organised, reliable and able to work independently&lt;/strong&gt; and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Valid driver’s license&lt;/strong&gt; and ability to travel to multiple sites during the working day.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Preferred:&lt;br&gt;- Experience with Photovoltaic systems, high-voltage control systems, and smart-home systems&lt;br&gt;- Training or certification in first aid and elevated work platforms.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Apply if you are a safety-focused, technically competent electrician comfortable working onsite across Malta &amp;amp; Gozo.&lt;/p&gt;
