As our Events Sales Executive, you’ll be the key point of contact for all event bookings – from initial enquiry through to the final farewell. You’ll drive sales of our event spaces and food & beverage offerings, handling everything from quoting to execution with precision and care. Whether it’s a corporate meeting, elegant banquet, or bespoke private celebration, you’ll ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all hotel events (residential & non-residential) from enquiry to completion
\r\n
Coordinate event logistics with internal departments and issue Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
\r\n
Drive revenue through proactive sales, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and contract management
\r\n
Ensure accurate, up-to-date administration of all event details using PMS tools (Opera, Delphi, etc.)
\r\n
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and regular engagement
\r\n
Identify new business opportunities through market insight and lead follow-up
\r\n
Represent the hotel brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in the local community
\r\n

Who You Are:

A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
\r\n
Detail-oriented and highly organised – able to manage multiple events and deadlines at once
\r\n
Ambitious and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering top-tier service
\r\n
Analytical and presentation-savvy – comfortable working with marketing and business development teams
\r\n
Knowledgeable in Opera, Delphi, Meeting Broker, and Cvent is a plus
\r\n
