Role Overview \nAs Executive Liaison Manager, you will play a key role in managing external communications, supporting the implementation of initiatives, and ensuring efficient administrative operations within the CEO's Office. You will be the point of contact for client inquiries and assist in the development of various tasks, ensuring that the CEO's Office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

External Communication Management: Serve as the Single Point of Contact for external communications, handling client queries professionally and efficiently.
\n
Report Preparation and Tracking: Assist the Head Business Manager to the CEO with preparing reports, tracking the progress of assignments, and maintaining a well-organised office environment.
\n
Data Management: Utilise internal IT systems to support office heads, record, and maintain accurate data, and ensure proper documentation in compliance with policies.
\n
Document Organisation and Filing: Organise, classify, and store both physical and electronic records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and easy retrieval of documents.
\n
Correspondence Management: Manage the registration, distribution, and tracking of incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely access to essential records for internal use.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n
\n
Education: A diploma qualification (MQF Level 4) or higher in Business Administration or a relevant field, as recognised by the Malta Qualifications Recognition Information Centre (MQRIC).
\n
Experience: Minimum of one year of work experience in a similar role. Candidates with five years of relevant work experience but without formal qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
\n
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required. Knowledge of Maltese is an asset.
\n
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
\n
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across various levels of the organisation.
\n
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using office IT systems, including data management and record-keeping systems.
\n
Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
