&lt;p&gt;Amanche Architecture is looking for an &lt;strong&gt;intermediate-level archtiect&lt;/strong&gt; to join its team in Malta.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Amanche is an archtiectural studio based in Sliema, Malta. In under five years, our portfolio has grown across housing, hospitality, adaptive reuse, and interiors. Whether completed, ongoing, or speculative, every project reflects our core belief: that colour, detail, and honesty of form can enrich daily life and offer a powerful alternative to conformity in the built environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are seeking an experienced intermediate architect for our Sliema based studio to engage in a range of projects within hospitality, luxury residential, retail and event space categories. This role focuses on early-stage development, including conceptual, schematic and detailed design phases.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are looking for candidates who are confident, have an eye for detail and are passionate about design. Applicants should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software is essential. Knowledge of Revit would be seen as an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The successful candidate will be based in our Sliema office, with flexibility to work from home on a Friday.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ideal Candidate:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Two to five years of architectural experience post Masters in Archtiecture (Architectural Design)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven track record in developing general arrangements and details, particularly in hospitality, residential and retail sectors&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated experience on built projects&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong graphical skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in 3D Modeling software&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Commercially minded whilst having a creative flair and a strong visual sense&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must be a team player&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;REQUIREMENTS:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) Masters of Architecture (Architectural Design)  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) Minimum two years of full time work experience as a junior architect. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Modeling software and adobe suite. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4) Knowledge of Maltese planning regulations and construction practices is advantageous. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) Good command of English (written and spoken)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) Good command of Maltese (written and spoken).&lt;/p&gt;
