&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the Role:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt; We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented &lt;strong&gt;Field Merchandiser&lt;/strong&gt; to represent our makeup and beauty brands in retail stores. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are visually appealing, well-stocked, and in line with brand standards. This role combines creativity, organization, and hands-on store visits to maximize product visibility and sales.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Visit assigned retail locations to merchandise makeup and beauty products according to brand guidelines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Set up, maintain, and refresh product displays, testers, and promotional stands.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor stock levels, place replenishment orders, and liaise with store staff to prevent out-of-stocks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Implement seasonal or promotional visual merchandising plans.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure all point-of-sale (POS) materials are correctly placed and up to date.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Gather feedback from store staff and customers on product performance and presentation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take photos of displays for reporting and documentation purposes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor competitor activity and report insights to the sales/marketing team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide basic product knowledge training to store teams when needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in merchandising, preferably within makeup, beauty, or cosmetics.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong eye for detail and aesthetics.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good organizational and time management skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits per day.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Friendly, professional communication skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Own a valid driving license.&lt;/li&gt;
