The Role:
The selected candidate will form part of the technical team on a full-time basis, to mainly perform maintenance, commissioning, onsite fault diagnosis and repair Schneider Electric Uninterruptable Power Supplies Systems and other systems. Will have the once in a lifetime opportunity to have both internal and overseas training on Schneider Electric Uninterruptable Power Supplies Systems and to become a certified Schneider Electric Field Service Technician.
Main responsibilities:
- commissioning, maintenance, onsite fault diagnosis and repair Uninterruptable Power Supplies Systems,
Voltage Stabilizers, Vehicle Chargers and other electrical and electronic systems
- ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
- present a professional image of the company at all times both internally and externally
Required skills and knowledge:
- In possession of a Higher Technical Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Electrician's License A & B will be considered an asset
- A good command of both Maltese and English is a must
- Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- Be pro-active and have self-initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work on computer-based systems
- Customer oriented, organised and able to prioritise
- Previous experience will be considered an asset
