Inspectra is looking for a Finance and Administration Clerk to support the Finance and Administration Manager and Executive in the operation of the Administration and Finance Department.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform administrative work such as filing and communication
\r\n
Manage incoming and outgoing emails
\r\n
Order and monitor office supplies
\r\n
Perform financial work such as salaries and delivery notes
\r\n
This role will primarily focus on payroll processing and related administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
\r\n
Maintain the client confidentiality policy
\r\n
\r\n
Skills and Qualifications:

Good command of English (written and spoken)
\r\n
Similar experience in an administrative/financial environment
\r\n
Strong written communication skills
\r\n
Honest, flexible, and ready to receive training as necessary
