    	        	Our client, a publicly traded, global holding company headquartered in Malta, is currently seeking to recruit a Finance Director to join their dynamic and fast-paced team.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Lead and manage the company’s internal financial reporting process, ensuring alignment with listed company standards.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Supervise the Finance Manager, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of monthly management accounts and ad-hoc reports.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oversee daily treasury operations, executing transactions and maintaining visibility of group liquidity.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage the annual audit process, ensuring adherence to all regulatory filing deadlines.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oversee the preparation and submission of quarterly regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prepare and present detailed management accounts, performance analysis, and FP&amp;amp;A reports to the CEO and at quarterly board meetings.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Coordinate the preparation of consolidated accounts for group entities.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure a robust internal control environment and proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Recommend and implement cost rationalisation strategies across the group.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lead the budgeting process, with regular variance analysis and actionable reporting.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintain updated cash flow forecasts, supporting capital allocation and investment decisions.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, vendors, and service providers.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Implement enhanced management reporting tools to provide executives with meaningful insights into financial and operational performance.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, contributing to financial strategy, policy, and decision-making.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification (a Maltese warrant is not required).
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience in a commercial finance or audit environment.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prior experience in a listed company or within the investment management industry is highly desirable.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong working knowledge of IFRS, Maltese VAT, and income tax, with experience preparing accounts and regulatory filings to a listed standard.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in financial reporting systems and accounting software.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and high accuracy.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Outstanding communication skills, capable of delivering complex financial information to executive stakeholders.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to manage relationships with external vendors and negotiate terms effectively.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A strong commercial mindset and strategic approach to finance.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Familiarity or interest in Bitcoin and digital assets is considered a strong advantage.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Must be a native English speaker.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Basic knowledge of Maltese company law and reporting requirements with the Malta Business Registry.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;International experience is an asset but not a requirement.
