• Handling general accounting duties for multiple group entities including posting of supplier invoices, posting of bank transactions and reconciliations
• Assisting senior members of the finance team with the monthly reporting and submission of quarterly VAT returns
• Preparing and posting purchase invoices accurately
• Assisting with accounts payables including follow up of approval process
• Preparing and posting bank transactions including bank reconciliations
• Assisting with the preparation of quarterly VAT returns
• Assisting in the monthly closing process
• Assisting with the preparation and coordination of the audit process
• Attending and participating in any meetings/conferences and exhibitions locally or abroad
Applicants must have an O' level / A' level in Accounts.
\r\nPreference will be given to candidates having previous experience in a similar role.
\r\nThe ideal candidate must:
• Be proficient in Excel (will be considered an asset)
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
