Key Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Oversee tax, audit, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, collection and ensure financial stability.
• Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Manage financial controls and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Work closely with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.
• Support software enhancements for better reporting and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or ACCA certified
• 4-5 years’ experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with financial software, and advanced excel skills.
• Knowledge of local and international financial regulations,tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
