ST Hotels Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Finishings Projects Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Description:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resources required for project completion
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of finishing projects
- Monitor and enforce projects schedules as needed to meet deadlines
- Prepare projects budgets, considering materials, labour, equipment and other related costs
- Identify potential risks and challenges associates with finishing projects and develop mitigation strategies
- Stay updated on building codes, safety regulations and industry standards relevant to finishing work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the construction or finishing industry
- Familiarity with various finishing techniques and materials
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members and other stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Preferably Maltese Speaking.
