We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and approachable Front Office Administrator to manage our front desk and provide essential administrative support. This role is instrumental in creating a positive first impression for visitors and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The role is a full-time but temporary workers for the summer period will be considered.

Reception & Communication

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
\r\n
Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls and emails; provide basic information as required
\r\n
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and training areas
\r\n
\r\n
Administrative Support
\r\n
\r\n
Carry out general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
\r\n
Organise meeting materials and coordinate room bookings
\r\n
Receive and distribute post, packages, and courier deliveries
\r\n
Undertake office errands as needed
\r\n
\r\n
Finance & Documentation
\r\n
\r\n
Prepare and issue contracts and sales invoices
\r\n
Assist with daily billing and update records in internal systems
\r\n
Record and post payments
\r\n
\r\n
Support Functions
\r\n
\r\n
Liaise with clients and suppliers on administrative matters
\r\n
Provide other administrative support as required
\r\n

Requirements:

Proven experience in a front office or administrative role
\r\n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\r\n
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good organisational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
