Role Overview \nAs a Front Office Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. You will be the first point of contact for guests, offering a warm welcome and providing all necessary services to ensure a seamless stay. Key Responsibilities

Guest Service: Provide courteous service to guests by adhering to the hotel's standards.

Guest Registration: Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes according to departmental standards and procedures.

Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries to guarantee satisfaction.
\n\t
Policy Adherence: Maintain hotel policies and procedures when registering guests, escorting them to their rooms, and addressing any special requests.

Night Audit/Manager Shifts: Act as Night Audit/Manager shift reliever as required and perform related duties in line with hotel policy.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Education: Relevant qualifications in hospitality or tourism management are preferred.
\n\t
Experience: Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is highly desirable.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English (both oral and written) is essential; knowledge of French and German is a plus.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, including pleasant telephone manners.
\n\t
Interpersonal Skills: Strong team player with the ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Technical Skills: Computer literate with a working knowledge of Opera (PMS).
