Provide friendly, efficient front desk support and administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and delivery personnel
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and e-mails professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcel handling.
- Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and meeting rooms; arrange refreshments when required.
- Coordinate room bookings.
- Support basic administrative tasks: data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
- Monitor office supplies inventory; place orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle basic invoicing, petty cash reconcil
- Adhere to company security and confidentiality policies; escalate issues
- Report any maintenance issues to our inhouse team or associated service provider
Skills and Qualifications
- Professional working fluency in English written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning office management systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and presentable with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work onsite full time and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
