This role blends client-facing responsibilities at the reception desk with vital administrative and logistics coordination support. The selected candidate will be at the forefront of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing communication channels, maintaining records, and supporting freight and customs processes.

Reception Management: Greet and assist visitors with professionalism while maintaining a tidy and welcoming front desk environment.
\r\n
Call Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, take accurate messages when required, and ensure prompt follow-up.
\r\n
Communication Support: Manage general enquiries via telephone, email, and in-person interactions with a courteous and solution-oriented approach.
\r\n
Administrative Support: Perform timely and precise data entry, maintain filing systems, and prepare spreadsheets to support operations and reporting.
\r\n
Logistics Coordination: Assist in booking and tracking sea, air, and road freight, review shipping documentation, and liaise with third parties for smooth deliveries and collections.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Education: An O Level standard of education is required; further training or certification in administration or logistics is considered an asset.
\r\n
Experience: At least one year of experience in a front office, administrative, or logistics-related role.
\r\n
Language Skills: Excellent command of both Maltese and English is required to succeed in this role.

Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication via phone, email, and in person.
\r\n
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented, with a strong client focus.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
