Key Responsibilities

Client Reception: Welcome and assist clients at the reception, and manage incoming calls and emails efficiently.
\n\t
Administrative Support: Carry out clerical duties including document preparation, data entry, and other office administration tasks.
\n\t
Client Onboarding: Register new clients and manage all associated onboarding documentation.
\n\t
Record Management: File, organise, and maintain both physical and digital records in accordance with firm policies.
\n\t
Scheduling and Coordination: Assist lawyers with follow-ups, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
\n\t
Internal Liaison: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
\n\t
Office Supplies: Monitor inventory and order office supplies as required.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Education: O'Level standard of education is required; A'Level standard is preferred.
\n\t
Experience: Previous experience in administration, reception, or office support, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.

Language Skills: Excellent command of both Maltese and English is required.
