About This Job
Eden Cinemas are looking for Full-time Cinema Attendants to form part of the operational team.
• Serve customers food and beverages, including snacks, drinks, and confectionery items, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for orders and payments.
• Prepare basic food and drink items in line with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk, including counters, equipment, and storage areas.
• Replenish stock items and inform senior staff of shortages.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including basic cleaning and setup.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and handle basic customer queries.
• The duties listed above are not exhaustive and may be amended from time to time in line with business needs.
The chosen candidates will need to be motivated and be able to communicate fluently in English.
They will need to be available to give at least three shifts per week, one of which must be at the weekend.
