About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of products and goods while maintaining a good standard of customer service, hygiene, and road safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles for deliveries and collections.
- Load, unload, and secure goods safely and correctly.
- Ensure deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company procedures.
- Complete delivery documentation and other required paperwork.
- Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Provide good customer service to our suppliers and clients.
- Follow all road traffic regulations, company policies, and health and safety procedures.
- Assist with general duties within the logistics/warehouse operation when required.
Requirements
- In possession of a valid driving licence in Category C and C1 including CPC.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable with a professional attitude.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to safely handle loading and unloading of goods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience will be considered as an asset.
