Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in keeping our entertainment centre running smoothly! You'll be the go-to expert for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems that power our attractions, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, seamless experience.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across attractions, including low-voltage electrical systems, electronic components, and mechanical equipment.
- Perform repairs and replace faulty parts to keep systems and attractions running safely and continuously.
- Install, test, and calibrate new equipment and upgrades for optimal performance.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and industry regulations.
- Support operational teams with technical issues affecting service delivery.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage.
- Spot recurring issues and recommend improvements to boost efficiency.
- Keep your workspace clean, organised, and safe.
- Stay current on new technologies and best practices in entertainment/technical equipment.
- Collaborate across departments to support daily operations.
What We're Looking For
3 years of experience in maintenance, electrical/electronic/mechanical repair, or a related field.
Technical diploma/certification in electrical, mechanical, or electronics (preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work [shifts/weekends/holidays, if applicable].
