Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of gaming products, including game launches, content updates, promotions, and incident handling.

Game Portfolio Management: Oversee the onboarding and management of game providers and titles, ensuring appropriate content is available for all markets.
\n
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with product owners, CRM, marketing, and customer support teams to optimize campaigns, promotions, and player experience.
\n
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize game performance and player engagement.
\n
Compliance & Risk Management: Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all games and operations meet regulatory standards in various jurisdictions.

Player Experience: Constantly evaluate and improve the player journey, game presentation, and mobile/desktop performance.

Requirements
\n
\n
3+ years of experience in gaming operations, in iGaming.
\n
Strong understanding of online casino products and providers
\n
Excellent communication skills
\n
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
\n
Understanding of regulatory requirements in regulated gaming markets (MGA, UKGC, PEGA, etc.).
\n
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
