&lt;p&gt;We are Currently Looking for a &lt;strong&gt;General Labourers (Plaster and Painting)&lt;/strong&gt; to join our team at db Group.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Job Description&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking General Labourer to support our operations at various worksites. Your main responsibility will be to keep the site clean and safe by collecting debris and waste. You will also be involved in handling materials, using power tools, and assisting tradespeople on-site. The ideal candidate should have physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads, as well as a strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Job Role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Perform plastering, painting, and gypsum board installation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Carry out tiling work or replace tiles where necessary.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Assist other tradespeople with various tasks on-site.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Handle and transport materials such as cement and operate equipment like drills and grinders.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Use power tools and machinery safely and efficiently.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Follow instructions from supervisors to complete manual tasks, such as digging or stacking materials.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Set up warning signs (e.g., cones, signposts) for vehicles and pedestrians.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Help with setting up and moving temporary structures like scaffolding.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Report any issues with equipment or unsafe conditions to supervisors.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Job Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, such as standing for long periods and lifting heavy loads (up to 40 kilos).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Familiarity with power tools and machinery is an advantage.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Strong communication and teamwork skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Commitment to following safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;An apprenticeship or relevant specialisation is beneficial but not required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Basic ability to read and write in English.&lt;/p&gt;
