About This Job
We are seeking a reliable and versatile General Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of tasks to maintain the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of multiple properties across Malta. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving: Travel to different locations around Malta to perform maintenance duties.
- Plumbing Repairs: Address water-related issues, including fixing flushes, leaks, and other plumbing concerns.
- Electrical Repairs: Handle minor electrical issues and ensure systems are functioning properly.
- Gardening: Maintain gardens, ensuring they are tidy and well-kept.
- Pool Maintenance: Clean and maintain pools to ensure they are in optimal condition.
- Vehicle Cleaning: Wash company or personal vehicles as required.
- General Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of internal and external floors, ensuring spaces are neat and tidy.
- Painting and Repairs: Sand down surfaces, paint, and perform other minor repair tasks as needed.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other general maintenance tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be neat, clean, and tidy in appearance and work practices.
- Non-smoking is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and working in outdoor environments.
- Must be able to travel across Malta; a valid driving license is required.
