In order to maintain our quality standards, we are looking for a Maintenance Worker to join our team and assist with the upkeep of our properties.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;✔️ Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of properties, including plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;✔️ Resolve minor maintenance issues efficiently to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for tenants.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;✔️ Carry out painting, carpentry, and general repair work as required.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;✔️ Respond to urgent maintenance requests in a timely manner.&lt;br&gt;✔️ Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;✔️ Follow health and safety regulations.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;✔️ Assist in setting up and maintaining fixtures, assembly/dismantling of furniture.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;🔹 Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or similar role.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;🔹 Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.&lt;br&gt;🔹 Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.&lt;br&gt;🔹 A proactive and hands-on approach to maintenance tasks.&lt;br&gt;🔹 Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays (when necessary).&lt;br&gt;🔹 Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;🔹 Knowledge of health and safety procedures is an asset.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;🔹 Industry-specific certifications can be beneficial for career advancement.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;🔹 Own personal mode of transportation is obligatory in order to commute between properties on a daily basis.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
