&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in German, both written and spoken.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good communication skills in English.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good organisational and time-management skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Willingness to learn and grow within the real estate industry.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in real estate is an advantage but not essential.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Your Responsibilities&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist German-speaking and international clients in finding suitable rental properties across Malta.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Organise and conduct property viewings.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and prospective tenants.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage client enquiries and guide clients throughout the letting process.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Actively identify new rental opportunities and expand your client network.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work towards individual targets while contributing to the team&#039;s overall success.&lt;/li&gt;
