Overview
Seeking an experienced hairdresser to join as a salon partner under a profit-sharing arrangement. The role requires delivering high-quality hair services, building and maintaining a loyal client base, contributing to salon operations, and collaborating with the team to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Services: Provide cutting, colouring, styling, treatments, and consultations tailored to client needs and preferences; ensure consistently high standards and client satisfaction.
- Consultations & Recommendations: Conduct professional consultations to assess hair condition and recommend appropriate services, products, and aftercare.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings; manage appointments, follow-ups, and client records.
- Quality & Hygiene: Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations; sterilise tools and manage station upkeep.
- Inventory & Product Management: Monitor product usage, assist with stock control, and recommend retail products to clients to drive sales.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the salon team to coordinate schedules, share knowledge, and support a positive work environment.
- Business & Profit Contribution: Actively participate in salon growth initiatives, contribute to marketing efforts, and take ownership of personal revenue generation under the profit-sharing model.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with current trends, techniques, and products; attend training and workshops as required.

Skills & Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Mid–senior level experience as a hairdresser with a demonstrable portfolio of creative and technical work.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in cutting, colouring (including advanced techniques), styling, chemical treatments, and hair health assessment.
- Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills; fluent English at a professional working level.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of retail sales, appointment management, and basic financial aspects linked to a profit-sharing partnership.
- Organisational Skills: Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage bookings and client records accurately.
- Professional Qualifications: Relevant cosmetology or hairdressing certification(s) and adherence to industry standards.
