&lt;p&gt;Skilled Handyman to join our maintenance team, responsible for performing general repair and maint plastering, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, and basic carpentry. The ideal candidate sho tasks and have excellent problem-solving skills.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Perform general repairs, including plastering, patching holes, fixing walls, ceilings, and other si&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Conduct minor plumbing tasks (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing faucets) and electrical repairs (e.g., cl fixtures).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Assist with painting, sanding, and varnishing walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Install shelves, doors, cabinets, and other minor carpentry work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Requirements:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Skilled in plastering, painting, minor electrical work, plumbing, and basic carpentry.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Ability to troubleshoot and identify solutions to maintenance issues&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines related to maintenance work..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Valid driver&#039;s license (preferred).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Good command of English language&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
