&lt;p&gt;We are looking to recruit a diligent and reliable full-time Handyperson / Gardener. The successful candidate will be responsible for basic tasks and maintenance requests identified by the company.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The successful candidate will be carrying out various jobs, including:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Painting;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Light installations;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;General repairs;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Gardening and cleaning;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Preventative maintenance;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Other duties as assigned.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Prospective applicants should:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good communication skills;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be of a flexible and adaptable nature;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Well-organized and apt in problem-solving;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Attention to detail;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Applicants must be in possession of a valid driving licence.&lt;/p&gt;
