Role Overview \nThe Head of Brands will lead the Commercial Team, overseeing key brand operations in Malta. This senior role is responsible for driving brand growth through strategic planning, budget management, and multi-channel initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to implement, adapt, and monitor brand strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends and company objectives.

Team Management: Lead and develop teams, providing coaching, direction, and support to enhance performance and accountability.
\n\t
Performance Oversight: Set objectives and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.
\n\t
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of plans.
\n\t
Market Development: Drive multi-channel initiatives, leveraging traditional and digital platforms to expand brand reach and engagement.
\n\t
Analysis and Insights: Conduct ongoing market and brand analysis to identify opportunities, address gaps, and optimise brand performance.
\n\t
Budget and Resource Management: Oversee budget planning and ensure efficient allocation of resources, working closely with marketing to align promotional spend with objectives.

Pricing and CRM: Ensure pricing strategies remain competitive and support the implementation of CRM tools to enhance customer insights and sales effectiveness.

Regulatory and Compliance: Uphold internal training, brand guidelines, and regulatory standards across functions.
\n\t
Advisory Role: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the Chief Commercial Officer to improve commercial performance.

Industry Representation: Represent the Company at industry forums, conferences, and business development meetings as required.
\n\t
Additional Duties: Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Education: University degree in pharmacy, science, business, medicine, or a related field.
\n\t
Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, skincare, medical devices, or healthcare sectors. Previous experience within a multinational organisation is highly valued.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required. Ability to communicate in Maltese is an asset.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
\n\t
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to foster collaboration, motivate teams, and inspire high performance.
\n\t
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with healthcare systems and the dermo-cosmetic/skincare industry is advantageous.
