What’s the role?
As Head of Casino Operations, you’ll be the engine behind our casino vertical — owning the full product lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, and driving innovation across all our brands.
You’ll work closely with C-level stakeholders, lead cross-functional collaboration, and make sure we stay ahead in a constantly evolving industry. From launching new games and streamlining provider relationships to keeping us compliant and competitive — you’ll be the one making it all happen.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and evolve the entire casino operations strategy, from game releases to performance tracking.
- Lead the daily game launch process, ensuring smooth execution with free spins, trophies, reviews, and more.
- Build efficient processes that scale with us and enhance how we deliver our product.
- Stay on top of regulatory changes and ensure all operations remain compliant and sustainable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on game provider roadmaps, commercial agreements, and operational tools.
- Drive change management, balancing speed-to-market with excellence and oversight.
- Lead by example — setting the tone for work ethic, collaboration, and accountability across your team.
What we’re looking for
We’re after a powerhouse with a sharp mind, a love for casino, and a strong operational backbone.
- 5+ years’ experience in Real Money Casino Operations — must-have
- Deep understanding of player behaviour, casino environments, and compliance
- Proven experience with project management and process optimisation
- Great communicator and cross-functional collaborator
- Analytical, data-driven, and laser-focused on results
- Adaptive, energetic, and ready to roll with a fast-paced industry
- Strong leadership skills and a mindset for scaling success
