&lt;li&gt;Managing a team of two Senior Commercial Delivery Managers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hosting stakeholder updates, ensuring timely issue resolution, and acting as an ambassador towards Betsson Group and other stakeholders&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Estimating and tracking ETAs and deadlines to ensure timely execution&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinating with the platform provider and external suppliers as needed&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Managing commercial product deliveries and overseeing development tasks and open issues&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Organizing meetings tailored to stakeholder and project needs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prioritizing and communicating progress on cross-functional requests&lt;/li&gt;
